If you place order before 9:00PM, we will deliver your order next day between 09 :00AM to 1:00 PM.

Delivery charges

  • Delivery charges for Order above 2500                              Rs. 50
  • Delivery charges for Order between  1500 to 2500          Rs. 100
  • Delivery charges for Order less than 1500                          Rs. 150

Same Day Delivery Plan

If you want same day delivery, you can place order before 1:00PM and we will deliver your order between 1:00PM to 7:00PM.

Returns policy

A customer may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by within Same days of delivery. We will also bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Only) and if there is an issue with the quality of any of the product(s).

Food items, cheese, vegetable, fruits, frozen food and raw chicken, meat etc., a customer can return them at the time of delivery only. Because of the fragility of these items, Stock360 will not be able to entertain such returns later.


We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value.

We are unable to Replace, but Return or Refund is possible as per mentioned in above Statements i.e. No.1(Return) & No.2(Refund) under No Question Asked Return Policy. We are not responsible to admit any Complaint claiming Return or Refund after 12 hours strictly.

Customer can call customer service number and cancel order prior to confirmation, once order is confirmed and processed it can’t be cancelled. However, if there are changes in the delivery time you mentioned earlier in your order or need to add more products, you need to call us.
